Teens and Weights

Have you got a teen who could use some guidance for staying strong while staying home?

We've got just the program for them!


Teens + Weights is a strength-based fitness programme which is progressive in nature.  Starting with some basics and building out from a strong foundation, your teen will learn some life-long fitness skills.  Using weights safely is a key component of healthy fitness programming.  Each hour-long session is LIVE and interactive and coached by Leslie Johnson.


  • Athletes whose sport is on pause

  • People between 13 and 19 who want to learn more about using weights safely

  • Teens who need some guidance and motivation to stay fit


Tuesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm ET

April 13- April 29, 2021


  • Space!  Make sure your teen can reach overhead without hitting the ceiling.

  • Weights.  5lbs increments starting with 5lbs and up is ideal.

  • Zoom/internet

Leslie Johnson is a certified personal trainer with 15 years experience.  She is a fitness trainer for both boys and girls hockey teams.  Leslie has a talent for connecting with young athletes and motivating them to achieve their potential.
