Our place or yours?  Or one-on-one (or couples) personal training service is convenient, time-efficient and tailored to you.

We will design a personalized, easy-to-follow fitness program for you based on your unique goals, needs and interests.  We will help you set your goals, map out a plan and meet with you regularly to ensure your success.  We use the equipment you already own as well as bring interesting and new pieces of equipment for you to try.  We can help you make wise choices when making future equipment purchases.

Here's how it works:

STEP #1

Your trainer will meet with you at a mutually convenient time at your home.  At this complimentary session, you will discuss your fitness goals and health history.  We begin to map out your fitness plan and leave you with a date for your first personal training session.

STEP #2

Considering your budget and schedule, you'll decide on how many sessions you'll commit to.  Payment is made at your first session using post-dated cheques.

STEP #3

You will begin your journey to improved health and fitness with your personal trainer guiding you along the way.  Your trainer will use your own equipment and help you make smart decisions about future equipment purchases.
